Opinions of Williams, Arizona: A place to Take pictures cute town.
Williams, Arizona is about an hour drive (30 miles) from the Grand Canyon National Park. Many of the hotels and motels that advertise that they are close to the Grand Canyon are in this area. The hotel that we picked was in the National Park though. Williams had a lot of stores that dedicated themselves to the extraterrestrial happening on route 66. The stores were so interesting to go into. They had so many things to buy and the prices were not as expensive as you would have thought. The stores don’t let you buy online so purchasing is a once in a lifetime kind of thing. Williams, Arizona has been in many movies. Go to the information center before you walk around because it is free and it gives you information on the various spots around that are a must-see places.
We took a bunch of pictures because there are areas that are themed. You can find places that are stuck in the 60s-70s as well as many wild-west places. The people there are so friendly and they let dogs play in public. Williams is a great rest stop too because they have gas and food places.Instead of gas, we went to was really great deals and we got a lot of it. Williams, Arizona was great to stop in.
